At Pacific Glen Property Management, no property is too big or too small for us to lend a helping hand. We work directly with individuals on a daily basis to remove the nuances of managing property in single family residences, multi-unit complexes and everything in between. If your property is currently sitting vacant, for example, don’t worry about it – we know exactly how to market a property to attract the highest level of attention.
We’ll also conduct tenant screenings to help make sure that we’re only turning over the keys to your investment to someone who will take good care of it.
We also handle rent collections, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing regarding the financial side of the equation. Once the tenant has paid us, we pay property owners within one business week of that date – guaranteed. You can be as hands-on or as hands-off on your property as you’d like to be. For everything from late rent payments to an emergency maintenance requests, we’ll always be nearby to take care of it.
